I am a corporate trainer specializing in health and wellness seminars and workshops. For the past 13 years I have been teaching people how to deal with personal and professional challenges. All my work is based upon the latest social science research. I love what I do and the team of dedicated and brilliant facilitators that I work with, and I am passionate about designing and delivering seminars and workshops on life skills.When I am not facilitating seminars, I teach in the department of management at the John Molson School of Business, at the Goodman Institute of Investment Management, and in the extended learning department at Concordia University. I have facilitated programs for some of Canada’s premiere businesses and organizations such as Bell Canada, Air Canada, Investors Group, Combined Jewish Appeal, Federal Express, Novartis, the RCMP, Telus, TD Canada Trust and Exxon Mobil. I also work with private enterprise, Universities, and entrepreneurs.
My interest and fascination in human behaviour motivated me to pursue an honours undergraduate degree in Psychology. After completing my degree, I travelled and worked for a few years and then decided to go back to school and pursue a Masters of Science in Administration, which was a perfect marriage between my background in psychology and the psychology of the workplace. My research interests include organizational health and wellness, the aging workforce and knowledge transfer and management. I am also interested in the use of images in interviewing studies. I recently completed my Ph.D. which focussed on the aging workforce, retirement, and knowledge transfer and management.
My research has been featured at the Canadian Psychological Association, the Ontario and Canadian Gerontological Associations and I have been the recipient of the Best Paper Award from the Administrative Sciences Association of Canada in 2005 and 2011. I have also been featured in the Montreal Gazette, Reader’s Digest and the National Post.

Stefano Maiorana holds undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Social Work, Human & Environment Relations, Anthropology and Theatre. His extensive and varied educational and work experience have enabled him to develop an acute understanding of human behavior and have made him an excellent communicator. His expertise in stress management, one on one corporate coaching, anxiety reduction, crisis intervention, achieving work-life balance, conflict resolution, pre-retirement planning and positive parenting has allowed him to work closely with major corporations, health and educational institutions amongst both individuals and organizations. Stefano is highly sought after as a corporate trainer and consultant. His hands on training teach participants how to apply practical social skills to life in and out of the office. In addition, his expertise in coaching has allowed him to master the relational process and guide the client in achieving a state of excellence and the desired goals and objectives. He has appeared on television and radio and has also written several newspaper articles. Presently he continues to deliver workshops and seminars across North America.
